Article 13

  1. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
  2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Abuses:

This right is twisted by “Open Borders” advocates to destroy nations and cultures by denying the right of countries to limit entry to those who mean the country and its inhabitants no harm and filtering out such as sex and drug traffickers, gang members, foreign agents, criminals, terrorists, freeloaders, and mass migration that would dilute and lose the culture the people had developed over centuries.

Analysis of the rights involved:

No group should be forced to accept members who will destroy that group, and nobody has a right to demand that others support those with whom they disagree or who do not contribute something of value in exchange.

All individuals are entitled to apply legally to change country of residence based on bringing something of value to that country, or to seek asylum from persecution. These rights come with a responsibility to support the host country and its culture.

Groups have rights too:

Every group has the right to determine and maintain its own ethos and culture.
